Just in case you have a medical emergency you should have an                            emergency contact card attached to your pickleball bag.  

 

To complete a card that you can print and attach to your pickleball bag click the button below.  Scroll down the page, enter your information and print the card on your home printer.   Bring your completed card to pickleball and we/you can insert the emergency card into your luggage tag and  place the tag on your pickleball bag.  Excel Physical Therapy has supplied the Gherkins with a luggage tag for each of our players.
